PIES
At the beginning of weekly team meetings we connect with and hear each other by sharing what's happening physically, intellectually, emotionally and spiritually.

Speak Up
The Speak Up section at the end of these meetings is an opportunity to acknowledge someone or to voice a gripe that needs airing.

Angel
Each week we rotate the role of Angel. It is the Angel's job to lead the team meeting, check in on rituals and call Traffic Control.

Traffic control
At 3.00pm each day, the Angel calls Traffic Control and the Active Voice team stops what we're doing for ten minutes. We breathe, stretch, stand up, reconnect, laugh, chat, go for a walk or do what ever we need to do to re-energise.

WIP around the park
Office life can be so sedentary! Sometimes we have a meeting while we walk around the park. Sometimes we eat our lunch under a tree.

Excursions
Creativity does not happen in a vacuum. We take ourselves off to exhibitions, libraries, installations, galleries, lectures and all sorts of adventures to inspire us to creative heights.
