Kath O'Sullivan

Kath is an Active Voice original. She and Elaena founded the business together in November 2001. After five years as Communication Director, Kath stepped aside from operations to pursue her career in counselling and communication. She retains a small shareholding in the company and a keen interest in its future. Still a passionate advocate for Active Voice, Kath is extremely proud of her part in creating this extraordinary business. Kath's legacy to Active Voice lives on through the systems, processes and ideas she contributed to the values-led approach that has become our signature.
