Elaena leads our small team of talented designers to create communication tools that delight the mind and senses.

Photography nut, Yoga convert and international adventurer, Elaena loves travelling and is passionate about the environment. This has become integral to the way we do business.

She’s also a very experienced communication professional, having more than 15 years industry experience – 11 of those in senior roles.

Elaena’s skill in matching communication strategy with creative output is the driving force behind our clients’ brand success. This skill has been recognised by nothing less than an international award. Macquarie Community College’s website, Elaena’s brainchild, received a 2005 LERN Award for Internet. These awards recognise design and communication excellence in adult education across the world.

In fact, Elaena has a swag of gongs for professional achievements - Silver Award for the NSW Ombudsman’s 1994/95 Annual Report; Silver Award for the NSW Ombudsman’s 1993/94 Annual Report; and an Encouragement Award for Environmental Communication Program from the Environmental Protection Authority and Local Government Association in 1993.

Elaena is a dynamo when it comes to turning a project around for a tight deadline. The counterpoint to this is her capacity to pause and consider the best response where others might simply react.

LOVES: Cycling the back roads; exploring with Stefan; my family; cake; things on paper; sudoku.

NOT SO KEEN ON: Being called Madam; celery (surely this is a crime against humanity); reality TV; gold.
